Festivals reflect the rhythms of nature and mirrors the local and global cultural traditions. Being a Waldorf inspired school, at Swechha we believe that celebrations are experiences interwoven with the life of the earth and cycles of nature. Bringing together the community in joy and reverence, the event in celebration of Holi involves - singing and imitating gestures to the songs and verses on the theme of the festival; exploring the wonder of colours flowing and blending together in painting; experiencing the textures and flavours of food; sensing the touch of colourful fabric and fragrance of flower petals in free play.
